I'm not sure if what I want done is an option or if you can do it?

That's okay! We offer a free consultation and estimate. We will be honest if something is out of our scope and we can always refer you to a trusted partner. In addition, we can assist in brainstorming additional options for you for you so that you can make an educated decision.

What can you do? Do you offer discounts?

A lot of what we can do is based on county code for Handyman license. Sarasota and Charlotte Counties have slightly difference rules. An initial conversation and then an in home consultation is the best way to determine if your project or maintenance is within our scope. We offer discounts to active and retired military, first responders, and single mom's.

Do you offer specific services for "Snowbirds"?

Yes! We can put up or take down storm shutters. We can "prep" your home for your arrival such as turning down the A/C and flushing toilets, etc. We even have clients that we check on their homes bi=weekly.
